"We chose this location because we wanted to avoid the overpriced hotels & the insanely crowded Venice. The 6L bus stops in front of the hotel every 20 minutes and ends in Venice. Staff was helpful & friendly. Room wasn’t fancy but quiet and pretty clean. We paid a little more for a bathroom in the room. AC worked great and the shower ran plenty of hot water "

"Previous reviews had me worried but this is a great hotel in an ideal location for travelling to Venice and further afield. Buses and trains within two minute walk and good breakfast. Staff were so helpful with checkin times very flexible and rooms are comfortable. I could find no fault in the hotel. "

"Fantastic hotel if you are thinking to visit the beautiful Venezia ! The staff is very nice and they will help with questions. The breakfast was also nice, before you go to have your trip and the rooms are spacious. We liked it and we will come back."
