Really nice hotel, great location. Great staff very committed to the guest. Spa needs to be pre-booked, not very convenient. Shower in the bathtub. I absolutely love the Aqua di Parma personal care products.

I have stayed at Mandarin Oriental hotels in Shanghai , Madrid, and Bangkok, and I have been lucky enough to stay at the Savoy in London. I’m headed to the George the V Four Seasons in Paris to join my wife. Several months ago I stayed at the Four Seasons Budapest. The Baglioni Luna hotel is an absolute jewel , and the price for the service and facilities cannot be beaten. The staff was magnificent as was the included breakfast. It is clearly one of my favorite hotels.

The hotel was exceptionally beautiful - the rooms stunning and the view unbelievable. We arrived by a private water taxi which took us directly to the front of the hotel. Gondola service was right there at the hotel as well as a complimentary trip to see the Murano glass blowing artisans. The com;oimentary breakfast in the most gorgeous venetian-decorated room ever was also exceptional.
