"The hotel is on San Stefano square which is very conveniently located near the Academia Bridge. The Rialto Bridge is a 10-15 minute walk as is San Marco. San Samuele vaporetto stop is less than. 5 minute walk. The area is full of Osteria and Baccaria to eat. The entrance does not have the name of the property on it, so it is easy to miss. "Very nice kozy rooms but rather small in size. Bed mattresses are really firm and pillows hard. They could’ve been a little better for the price paid. Overall cleanness and services including breakfasts were excellent. Staff is attending and everyone is very nice."
