"We enjoyed our short stay at Monte Carlo. The staff were friendly and helpful! We needed transportation from the cruise port to the hotel and they did an outstanding job taking care of all the arrangements! The room was clean and quiet. Love the location! My only complaint is the bed was too firm for us. But everything else was wonderful! "

"Location was great for walking central Venice and the plaza. Being able to get picked up by water taxi right at the hotel was very convenient. Everything was clean and well kept. Breakfast was good. One complaint was only one, single cup coffee machine in the breakfast room which resulted in a long line and wait to get coffee and chaos at breakfast."

"It was safe, quiet & convenient for walking to the tourist attractions. There was a good selection for the buffet breakfast. The receptionists were always helpful & the hotel was very clean. "

"Great staff from check in to restaurant to carrying our bags direct to the water taxi. Smallish room but adequate. Nice breakfast woth ample choice. Gym facility small but adequate. Nice bar near the entrance to the hotel. Good location close to San Marco and high end shops."

"The location was very close to San Marco, which meant the restaurants and shopping were touristy. It’s also close to the San Marco Vaparetto dock, so take the Vaparetto ferry from the train station and enjoy the views on the Grand Canal. There’s no need to take a €60 water taxi. The hotel is very nice, with breakfast included. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room was spacious, clean and quiet. "
