The terrace on Grand Canal is a wonderful place for hanging out and the hotel is an easy walk from St. Marks, museums and designer shops. Breakfast is included and abundant, and drinks and/or snacks outside on the terrace is a joy in good weather. The 7th-floor bar and restaurant provide a breathtaking panorama of the city. "

"I love the view from my room. It overlooked the gondola parking area. This hotel was recently renovated, and only opened about a week ago. The building itself is very very old and historic, but the rooms were all brand new. The staff was all very accommodating. They gave me direction with a gracious attitude.
