We did have a little problem with the door lock at one point but the receptionist helped us a lot and quickly found a solution. "Our stay in Venice was an adventure from the start! The hotel is tucked away deep in the historic Jewish neighborhood, which makes it difficult to find at first. Thankfully, the locals were incredibly helpful—even though many didn’t know where the hotel was, they still helped us navigate to it. The room itself is very small, and while the beds aren’t the most comfortable, they’re manageable for a short stay. "Hotel was very close to train station and easy walk to most things. Water taxis and buses close by. Staff was really helpful and breakfast was also pretty good. A bit dated but was a good option for one night if looking to be by train station. "
