"Very easy to locate on arrival at train station and close to bus station. Tourist info office close by. Great base for exploring Venice. Reception staff very welcoming and helpful with local information. Comfortable rooms, nicely fitted bathrooms and quality towels. I had a couple of problems with my room (TV and internal phone), to which the staff responded swiftly and happily. I was moved to a new room! The safe battery needed replacing during my stay and again the maintenance person...
