The Duodo Palace hotel is ideally situated in Venice, right next to La Fenice, but down a quiet little side street that made it feel so private. The decor is also exceptional, which definitely makes it feel all the more special. I would not hesitate to stay there again and have already recommended it others."

"Nice boutique hotel but no real public space. Solely an outdoor terrace on the canal but kind of run down. We took their best room, top floor with balcony and outdoor jacuzzi. "This was my first trip to Venice and the Hotel Cavalletto e Doge Orseolo was a great location for us to explore Venice from. Like most structures in Venice this obviously is an older building, but it is very well maintained and updated. They also had a very good full breakfast buffet included with the room. My only complaint was there was no hot water on our first morning, but they fixed that as soon as we notified them."
