Fantastic stay. The staff are kind and so helpful. Helped with transportation needs and gave wonderful recommendations. Easy to communicate with. Location, location, location…. Fantastic position on the Grand Canal with the waterbus stop right outside. Paid more for the balcony room facing the canal per the hotels website and was worth it. Hotel’s breakfast had less choice than you get at bigger hotels and the bar was very quiet…but we were ok with that…. Staff were lovely.
