"We stay there whenever in Venice. The staff is friendly and accommodating to all requests. The terrace on Grand Canal is a wonderful place for hanging out and the hotel is an easy walk from St. Marks, museums and designer shops. Breakfast is included and abundant, and drinks and/or snacks outside on the terrace is a joy in good weather. The 7th-floor bar and restaurant provide a breathtaking panorama of the city. "

"Property is close to shop and everything. However, you need to watch out for high tide. Staff is very helpful, he arranged private water taxi and help your luggage to hotel. You need cash to pay for water taxi and hotel taxes. "

"Traveled with family. Sonia was great with community. Unit was close to attractions. Sofa bed was not comfortable, large divot across the middle. Plenty to kitchen supplies to use. Very spacious. Washing machine was great. Split AC made is very warm in the unit. Bedroom very hot, portable fan was not effective. Lastly, the garbage separation and disposal rules were a bit hectic. "

"The Location of this hotel, just a short walk to Saint Mark’s Piazza, was excellent. With GPS, we were able to navigate the skinny streets to get to our destinations. Our room was nicely decorated with good space. The shower was not forceful, one of my pet peeves. The breakfast offerings were more than adequate. The staff provided excellent service. I would have given a better rating for cleanliness, as our room and the public areas were very nice, but while having breakfast I saw a roach scurry...
