"Great location close to very good restaurants in Old San Juan. Just walk up the hill and you are overlooking the ocean from Castillo San Cristóbal. Comfortable bed and pillows, helpful staff, and good coffee in the morning. Had hoped for a view of the pier, but the hotel was fully booked and we didn’t arrive until 6 PM. Recommended. "

"Casa Sol is a family-run business, and there are only a few rooms with a central courtyard, so you get to know your fellow guests, which is lovely. Everything is calm, clean, comfortable, and respectful. Breakfast each day (included) is beyond delicious. The rooms are air-conditioned and the beds are comfortable, and the location is perfect, walking distance to everything. We will return!"

"Our 3rd floor room was clean and quiet. There was a commons area with couches, a micro-wave and snacks. The staff was very helpful with telling us places to eat. They also called a taxi for us when we were ready to leave."
