"Our Go-To hotel when we go to San Juan. They have a casino, restaurant and a pool. I’m not really into the resort fee they charge as we don’t really care about gym and drinks that that fee include but it’s great that chairs and umbrellas are included in that price. Although, last time we stayed there, they didn’t have any available. Not sure if restaurant is owned by hotel, this last visit in February 2025 - it seemed like service is declining. "We arrived early and were greeted by very friendly and helpful staff. They allowed us in early as soon as the room was ready. Room was fairly basic but exceptionally clean. Location was a short walk to beach and also close to several places to eat. We would stay here again for sure and would recommend to others."

"I arrived and checkin was smooth, I had an issue with my room and being that it was my first visit to country I was sad. But after a few hours, Ms. Gisela got me another accommodation and that changed my feelings and I was happy again and she made sure I was happy and comfortable. Thank you ESJ, Thank you Ms. Gisela "
