I had pre-arranged for our room to be decorated before check-in, and they made sure everything was beautifully set up. Although the décor noted “30 years” instead of 10, it was still romantic and added a fun, lighthearted touch to our celebration. The club itself is a fantastic place, but what truly made our stay exceptional were Marc and Carlos. They went above and beyond to cater to our needs and made our trip truly memorable. "Booked this last minute for 1 night in old San Juan before heading back home and it was perfect. They were so kind to offer ample space to store our luggages as we arrived before check in time and same for leaving our bags after checkout. Would recommend and repeat in a future visit !"

"Hotel el Covento is very well located, close to all sorts of dining and shopping locales and next to the Cathedral. It's colonial architecture gives it a very special charm and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The restaurant food and waitresses are really good. The only mishap was the faulty elevator but overall I would definitely recommend it."
