"Property was very nice and spacious and clean , great for people who want to take in the San Juan scenery. The staff was super nice and approachable. Can be confusing at first when getting dropped off from airport but once you find it you're golden. Only problem with the property and it was so minor was that the outlets ( only like 2 outlets didn't work ) very minor inconvenience besides that great stay would recommend "

"Beautiful and modern hotel. Very nice room size. The staff was attentive and very helpful. We enjoyed our dinner at the onsite restaurant. Rooftop bar was under construction. Elevator was under repair. Surrounding area is less then desirable. Other then that we enjoyed our time there and would go back. "

"We had one of the rooms for 4 people. Pull out couch in one room for the kids and separate bedroom with bed for 2 adults. Room was spacious and clean, nice balcony. Only complaint that there was not easily accessible places to plug in chargers and it took a bit of time for water to get hot. Otherwise hotel was lovely and and wish we stayed longer!"

"The staff was very friendly and helpful if we had any questions. The property was as described and was very clean. The location is centered between Old San Juan and San Juan. We enjoyed the walk to Old San Juan. It’s about a 15 minute walk to a nice beach. It can be a little noisy with the people at the bar across the street. But, the master bedroom is quiet. The only issues we had was the shower never had hot water. We also wish we had a microwave. We would definitely stay again. "
