"Excellent stay! The staff of the reception was polite and very helpful, considering that our flight was delayed by 1 day. We paid for the evening even though we missed the first evening, but I understand that’s not the hotel fault. The food at Kueros, the hotel’s restaurant was excellent, and the service was top notch as well. Hotel is in a great location. Definitely my hotel of choice when we come back to San Juan! "

"What a lovely hotel! The location was excellent - right in the heart of Viejo San Juan. The service was stellar. The room was beautiful and very quiet - even though we were on the ground floor next to many events. And the free coffee, water, and wine and cheese were wonderful benefits. Also they have coin op laundry on site which was a huge plus in the humidity! "

"This was my second time staying at the Casa Blanca Hotel. It’s a beautiful little local gem nestled within old San Juan. The lobby is stunning and the vibe is perfect for vacation. We love the rooftop tubs to cool down and relax. The complimentary coffee and water is great. The water pressure could be better in the room, but not horrible. So close to so many attractions in the city. My flight was delayed and I had to arrive a day late, so I called and they held my reservation for me. The glass elevator is cool. Next time I stay I’d like to try the cafe on the first floor. The attention to detail in this hotel always surprises me. I will be back again! "
