Spotlessly clean. The sole issue we had on the first night was superbly resolved by an extraordinary, and unexpected, upgrade which made our family group’s informal reunion even more memorable. We will definitely return to this hotel on our next Puerto Rico and recommend it without reservation."

"Excellent stay! The staff of the reception was polite and very helpful, considering that our flight was delayed by 1 day. We paid for the evening even though we missed the first evening, but I understand that’s not the hotel fault. The food at Kueros, the hotel’s restaurant was excellent, and the service was top notch as well. Hotel is in a great location. Definitely my hotel of choice when we come back to San Juan! "

"This was my second time staying at the Casa Blanca Hotel. It’s a beautiful little local gem nestled within old San Juan. The lobby is stunning and the vibe is perfect for vacation. We love the rooftop tubs to cool down and relax. The complimentary coffee and water is great. The water pressure could be better in the room, but not horrible. So close to so many attractions in the city. My flight was delayed and I had to arrive a day late, so I called and they held my reservation for me. The glass elevator is cool. Next time I stay I’d like to try the cafe on the first floor. The attention to detail in this hotel always surprises me. I will be back again! "
