The front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. The doormen/concierge were also friendly and helpful, especially Miguel. The restaurant seemed understaffed but the food was delicious. The room was great and the location can't be beat. I would definitely recommend Hotel Rumbao and if I'm ever in San Juan again I would gladly stay here!

There is such a loud buzzing in the room and the front desk won’t do anything about it. I also saw a cockroach running around so I killed it. Front desk said they could come get it if I wanted it removed, but wouldn’t give me a new room. Nobody cares. I had to call multiple times for them to even tell me they weren’t gonna do anything. I’ve been waiting for about a half hour to even get any response. They simply don’t care. Stay away!
