The staff was very helpful and accommodating we were given a little extra later check out because our flight was delayed and our room was upgraded so we had a view of the Bay. There was music in the hotel bar three nights a week which was a plus. The room was quiet and very comfortable. We would definitely stay there again."

"This was my second time staying at the Casa Blanca Hotel. It’s a beautiful little local gem nestled within old San Juan. The lobby is stunning and the vibe is perfect for vacation. We love the rooftop tubs to cool down and relax. The complimentary coffee and water is great. The water pressure could be better in the room, but not horrible. So close to so many attractions in the city. My flight was delayed and I had to arrive a day late, so I called and they held my reservation for me. The glass elevator is cool. Next time I stay I’d like to try the cafe on the first floor. The attention to detail in this hotel always surprises me. I will be back again! "

"El Convento is always a great choice for Old San Juan. Our room this time did have a disagreeable view of the squalid property’s roof which was next door. Management could not move us but were very apologetic and sincere in taking our concerns seriously. We always stay at El Convento. "
