"This property was ideally located near many restaurants, stores, the Hotel Del Coronado, and walking distance to the beach. The rooms were spacious and very clean. Parking was included in the price (free) with a secure underground garage. The spaces were a little tight but not bad. "

"The hotel was really cute and perfectly located. When I arrived I had to wait for a while till someone checked me in, but after that service was excellent. The room was comfortable and super quiet. No frills, but for the location it was a great place to stay and good value for money. No free parking for guests - it seemed like they had on site parking from description but it's $40 per night. Street parking is Free after 6 pm before 8 am. "

"Beautiful modern 1920’s hotel is on a quiet street near an historic area. Tucked between a serene neighborhood and bustling Orange avenue with shops and restaurants. So easy to walk to everything including the beach which is two blocks away. I highly recommend the Junior suite, it is spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast of fresh fruit bowls, yogurt and hard boiled eggs was perfect for us with a cup of coffee out on the patio. Afternoons they provided just-baked cookies. We walked 3 miles along the beach one morning and saw other hotel guests borrowing beach chairs and beach cruisers. As for parking, it was very easy to find spots in the adjacent neighborhood. On Expedia it says parking is included but it is not. The staff met our every need and was very professional and friendly. We felt very relaxed and taken care of here. Highly recommended hotel!"
