"Staff is so accommodating, courteous, and very pleasant to talk to. Hotel is very ornately decorated and gives a royal feeling. Downside: no icemaker on every floor, room service closes early, parking is pricey (52$ a night! and valet parking ONLY)"

I did have an issue with the lock on my door but the security and maintenance were quick to take care of the problem. The battery needed to be changed out in the actual door itself. Thank you for the wonderful experience in Paradise. I would recommend this resort to anyone. "
