"We were pleased with the room. I don’t ever sit on a hotel bedspread however I did at this hotel. The bedding looked clean and smelled laundry fresh. It was soft and comfy. Everything felt very clean. The staff was very friendly and made us feel welcome. We stayed one night. The room was small and I’m not a very organized person in a hotel room, so it would have been too small for a longer stay for me. I would definitely go there again!"

"Enjoyed the location and proximity to breakfast spots and the general downtown area. Valet helped me to secure a lost jacket which was lost earlier. They had found it within their lost and found. "

"With just the service alone, I'd rate this place 5 stars! The front desk person on our arrival had the most positive, infectous, energetic that made our long drive worth it! She allowed us to check i early and gave us a nice room upgrade. From then on our daily experiences were perfect and amazing! The room was spacious and very nice. Beds were great and sleep friendly. The kids had their own space separate and had dual bathrooms. Parking was easy and accessible with a very reasonable daily price. Right near 4th and 5th street on gaslamp made it easy to go around and stroll downtown. Rooms werent noisy at all and could barely hear other rooms which made it even better! Again the staff made our stay the best on a long list of other places we have stayed and will be back soon!"
