Find vacation nirvana in this modern three-story, end-unit townhome in charming Coronado Village. This spacious home has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths in 2,200 square feet of light-filled, luxe space. The interior decor is fresh and simple. Amenities include hardwood floors, soaring ceilings, and a fully-equipped, gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The large dining table seats 8. The three bedrooms sleep 8 and each room has a smart TV. There is a 55-inch cable TV in the living room.

Outside, enjoy the private rooftop deck with stunning views of San Diego Bay and the city skyline. The deck features a gas grill, large umbrella and furniture that seats 10+. Challenge your friends to a game of corn-hole on the deck while your burgers are cooking on the BBQ, or enjoy a cocktail while you lounge in the sun. Parking is easy and secure in the attached two-car garage which accommodates one large SUV or two small cars.

The main attraction is the home’s prime village location. Walk to everything! The home is ideally located on the bay side of the island across the street from Centennial Park and one block to the Ferry Landing, restaurants and bayside shops. Jump on the ferry for a scenic 10-minute ride across the bay to take in downtown San Diego, the USS Midway Museum, Little Italy and Gaslamp District. Or walk to one of the nearby bay beaches, the perfect place for the kids to build that cool sandcastle. Don't forget to bring the beach towels and chairs, sand toys and boogie boards which are all provided for you.

Just around the corner you can enjoy favorite local restaurants including Coronado Brewing Company, Saiko Sushi, Nikki Rottens, and the French café, Tartine (good coffee drinks!) or you can pick up shrimp for the BBQ and a good bottle of wine right across the street at Boney’s Bayside Market/Deli.

It’s just a 15 minute walk or a short bike ride to the world-famous hotel Del Coronado and Coronado Beach, voted one of the top10 beaches in the US, ….four beach cruisers and helmets are provided to make it easy to get around the island like a local.

The house was amazing. The host, Brad, responded immediately when we did have one question. The location was perfect. The beds were comfortable. Everything was well stocked including beach towels, towels and extra bedding, coffee, toilet paper and paper towels. They had bikes and items for the beach. The garage was spacious. It was beautiful and very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

Great indoor and outdoor(rooftop patio) dining and entertaining areas! Kitchen and bathrooms all new and beautiful with modern touches…and lots of space for more than 7 people. Close to trail for biking and walking along the bay, with shopping, restaurants and grocery store!

This house is a reverse floor plan such that open living room - dining room - kitchen has high ceiling which makes it seem especially spacious. The house was very well stocked with towels (beach and bath) and paper products. App for getting in and out worked great (albeit a bit annoying to have to download).

This property is in a perfect location. Walking distance to everything! Super clean and fully equipped. The rooftop deck was a fabulous place to enjoy a barbecue and drinks and a fabulous view. Highly recommend. We will be back.

Family reunion in Coronado
New designer decorated 3 bedroom townhouse with will all beach amenities. Loved having 4 beach cruiser bikes for near by bike /walking trail. Close to two great markets and Tartine bakery. Upstairs bBq patio with seating and bean bag toss game made for fun family time. Bikers had biking, surfers had surfing and golfers had golf, plus perfect weather. Perfect for our family vacation.

Everything was perfect!
This was our first time staying at a VRBO, and it will place the bar high for future experiences! The location was terrific. We have stayed on the other side of Coronado several times, but this was definitely our best visit of all. We enjoyed the restaurants nearby, and the close proximity to a wonderful market made it easy to cook meals at the house. The home was exactly as we hoped from the photos- clean, well-stocked, and quite beautiful. We enjoyed hanging out on the rooftop as well as drinking coffee on the front balcony. Having the kitchen and living areas upstairs was a plus. The overall layout and amenities helped make the place comfortable for all. It was very easy to contact the host when a small issue came up, and he was quick and gracious to help get us on with our day. We truly felt we had the best vacation ever. We hope to return soon.

Big City View, Small Town Feel
Our stay at Brad's place was INCREDIBLE. My partner and I have had less than ideal rental experiences in the past and arrived a bit skeptical. We were blown away by the location, the amenities and the hospitality from our host, Brad, a Coronado native. The beds were hotel quality and we were hard pressed to get out of them in the morning. Luckily we were provided with a coffee bar and a beautiful rooftop patio from which to sip and take in the San Diego skyline - not a bad way to start the morning! We were offered wonderful recommendations to nearby restaurants, and were stoked to find a high-end grocery store less than 100 steps from our front door. We stocked up and made good use of the chef's kitchen and bbq. Our kids loved being able to eat their meals outside while watching the Navy helicopters overhead and cargo ships out on the bay. The house was sparkling clean, quiet - stocked full with all the things we forgot to bring and a few things we didn't even think of! Who doesn't like to be greeted with a 6-pack of local beer - I recommend the Guava IPA. Also cruiser bikes? My husband and I ran all our errands on them! All in all - our family had a fantastic weekend and hope for another excuse to escape the cold Canadian north so we can stay here again. 10 outta 10!

Very surprised not in a good way
Upon arrival we found front door opened, not closed nor locked. The bedroom level was not cleaned. Laundry was piled in laundry room, beds not made, bathrooms not cleaned. Pile of hair in bathroom. Floor on bedroom level was swept partially with the swept piles still on the floor. Told management right away and sent pics. I Was told we would get $500 reimbursed of our stay plus a few dinners for the inconvenience. We did get the $500 refund but tHe dinners never came. I mentioned the dinners again to the management but he ignored them. Partially through our stay our door locking apps stop working and we could not leave. One lock was fixed but my husbands never was activated again so it was annoying since we had to stay together the rest of our stay or we’d be locked out. There is a giant power plant steps away from the property. They blurred the glass windows to hide it. We also were interrupted each day by the neighbor telling us Coronado does not allow short term rentals and was asked for the owners phone number everyday. Day of check out the cleaning crew showed up at 10:15am when check out is 11am. The cleaning crew hovered while were were packing up our bikes and suburban. Very annoying. This was my very first outing since Covid hit because I’m fighting cancer. We thought we could disinfect the property easily and relax. That did not happen. We had to wash laundry and clean, then disinfect the property, then was bothered daily. Census lady came by twice and would not stop knocking. Once we answered the door she wouldn’t stop asking us questions after we told her we are vacation renters. We left the property much cleaner than what we found upon arrival. Rest of the property was as described.

Beautiful location - lovely home
We stayed here for a sibling reunion, everyone coming from different states. The place was beautiful and accommodated all 6 of us beautifully. We walked to restaurants, rode the bikes around the island and took the Ferry across. The only issue we had was with the bugs. We had to spray several times but found out later that these are prominent this time of the year for everyone on the island. Would recommend this lovely home on Coronado.
