"Nearly perfect. Staff is curiously friendly. They dont just smile every time you enter the lobby, they make eye contact and engage with you, even if you just saw them 2 minutes ago. They make you want to be there. Service is fatastic. You can call the front desk for any needs, or text "Ivy" (who greets you via text when you check in). As somewhat of a introvert, i love the text option. Its modern and efficient. I utilized the free bike rentals daily. The bikes are not in great condition, but...
