"The property is very clean with nice finishes. It is a simple crossing of the street to get to the beach. There are so many little touches that make this a great rental. Connie has a fully stocked kitchen, beach towels, beach chairs, a wagon, plenty of bathroom towels and toiletries and a lovely patio where we ate our Thanksgiving meal. I would recommend and will definitely be back. "

"The Garden Cottage is set back in a peaceful garden teaming with hummingbirds and pollinators. We enjoyed having meals on the deck overlooking the garden and relaxing on the backyard patio. A great spot for spending time with family. Rodney was a perfect host who went out of his way to assure our stay was enjoyable!"

"Parking was terrible. I got a room with two rooms for 4 adults and yet they could only give us one parking permit. My don ended up getting a parking ticket. Also the hot water was out. Fortunately they were able to fix it quickly"

" Property is in a wonderful location short walk to the beach in a cute area that felt safe with restaurants nearby. It was nice to have beach towels,boogie board and cooler to use. The price was pretty reasonable but can’t imagine price during peak season. I found it a little over bearing and rude housecleaners showed up at 10am sharp (check out time) and had owner calling which I understand Is the set time,but we travel a lot, have kids and have never been rushed out/ pushed out like that for...

"Suite was very clean and had everything you need in regards to bedding, towels and a well stocked kitchen. Great area to stay in - very laid back with lots of shops and restaurants close by. Property manager was great at communicating."

"The trip was wonderful! The house was perfect for our family and adventure! I loved the communication with our host! So very helpful! The welcome book helped us know what to do and places to go. The shop on the corner was helpful when we needed those forgotten items. The beach is close as well. House was clean and had everything we needed. We will stay again!"
