"The outdoor pool is huge and heated. The lobby is beautiful. The staff was friendly. The room was decorated very nicely with appropriate outlets. The room never cooled below 73 though. So check that first. The shower head is very low. The location is close to the river and the mall. We would definitely stay again. "

"Would not stay here again. I had to call Hotel.com and have them call the property manager for the code to the door since we never received it. There are 4 units and barely enough room to par two SMALL cars. I called property about an unknown car that was parked in front and we were told to find somewhere else to park on the same street. The bathroom only had two bath towel, two rags and one hand towels, not enough for a woman with long hair. They were also hammering going on in the unit next to...

"Near the riverwalk, downtown and the base - Fort Sam Houston."

"They didn’t have keys to the room. Had to wait for someone with a master key to let us in...took a while. Also without a key, we couldn’t leave unless we propped our door open. Tv was a very old tube one that the picture was going out on. Blanket on top of bed was so thin we had to use our own to stay warm. Would never recommend to anyone nor will we ever stay at this chain of hotels again."

"Affordable and clean"

"Overall experience was good. Close to the interstate and base as we were visiting for a graduation. Made it to town sooner than expected and was able to check into our room early for an extra $30 we were really tired from driving all night so this was very helpful for us and our kids. Beds were comfy, the air worked great, bathroom was clean, the fridge and microwave were clean, lobby was nice.The only thing that we complained about was our room didn't have the bedding for the pull out couch,...
