"Really safe environment for my kids and easy walking options for most all places. The only problem we ran into was elevator access during breakfast we waited 15 minutes once and it was only during breakfast hours when this happened. However, the wait was bad most mornings but overall loved the hotel would go back. "

"We booked another hotel walking in and it was old and outdated, nothing like the pictures. We left without checking in and reserved the Contessa while still in the other hotels lobby. When we arrived at Contessa, greeted by friendly valet, walked in to a beautiful lobby with a Mariachi band playing. Check in was easy, hotel was everything we hoped for and much more. Staying at the Contessa saved our weekend getaway!"

"Check in was easy and breakfast was good. Only issues were at check out at 9am. Someone double parked in the handcap space. There was also a car parked in the load in/out space. People were also smoking under the no smoking sign. I would have liked these to have been addressed by staff. It made for an unpleasant and tricky load out. "
