"Room was spacious and adequately furnished, quiet and comfortable. But the floors could use a mopping and carpet shampoo, and lighting in the mirror area was rather poor. Staff were all friendly and helpful but sometimes they were away doing something else so had to wait several minutes at the counter for someone to return. It’s in a sketchy area with lots of wide, heavily trafficked streets. The free self-parking is nice and was a big factor in choosing this property. "
