"I booked this property back in February for graduation weekend. I made 5 reservations for this property. The beginning of the month I needed to make a change to one of the reservations and left several messages. My daughter lives in Lubbock and find out the property was closed for renovations. It would have been a total disaster if we had arrived to lodging on Friday. A family of 16 individuals with no place to stay. I did not receive any calls or information that the property was closed...
