"Ok I'll list the pros and cons of our stay. First the cons. The parking situation is somewhat annoying. We had already paid so much for the room and then had to pay $45 more for a parking spot that was down the road and had to walk to the hotel in the freezing cold. Just felt like the parking situation/fees should have been made clear during the booking process and the fees should be reduced because $45 is crazy high. "Everyone at the Hyatt was absolutely wonderful during my stay. The facility is beautiful as were the location and views from my room. It is in the heart of what I find the most beautiful part of Chicago architecturally, and it is an easy walk to the art institute and many other attractions. I have been to Chicago a number of times and this would be my choice of all hotels where I’ve stayed."
