"Emerald was awful at communicating. Kept adding fee aftef fee after fee. I was originally told the fee at the hotel would be $250 yet when we got there it was almost $600. They Re refused to let us park a 3rd car for our 3 bedroom condo that can sleep 10. The staff at the front desk was unhelpful to say the least. I will never be staying here again. Our room was also damaged in several places and the staff did not care. They were so strict about everything, even the most ridiculous things. If...

"I thought the property was nice. I loved the balcony. Really the only "complaint" would have been that the door into the room could use a little more insulation from noise. Overall it was a great place to stay & the breakfast was much better than most!"
