Very clean. Air worked great. For the most part friendly staff. Breakfast was good. The only issue we had, was our key card kept deactivating. Other than that, everything was great. Would definitely stay again.

The pool was good but also dirty, I didn't have any housekeepers coming to my room to clean it, I cut my foot with a piece of glass that was previously there, floor was dirty, I had to ask the housekeepers to give me new towels and linen and they literally told me that I have to bring the dirty ones to the housekeeping office, I also had to make my own beds and sweep my floor cause they didn't even care. Front desk people didn't even care about my complaints and when I tried to spoke to a manager they basically told me that he wasn't there so there's nothing they can do about it, completely disappointed and I want a refund for this!

There was paint chipping from the ceiling there was mold on the bathroom ceiling the threshold on the door was ripped the headboard was chipping away all in all it was a very bad stay

Owners need to spend a little more.
Everything was great but some guess allowed their two large dogs to stay inside the pool area with them for several hours. The staff did nothing. The pool shower is still inoperable. The staff is also still using three Target shopping carts to do their jobs because the owners are too cheap to buy professional equipment. Tacky.

I booked this trip last minute for my sister, her little family, and mine and honestly for the price it was a wonderful stay! Breakfast was pretty good! We did go buy a broom and some disinfectant wipes and we cleaned everything top to bottom, the broom was also mainly for all the sand we’d tracked in. No matter where I stay I take my own bedding, comforters were stained or had not been washed im not sure which one but other then that it was a great spot near just about everything, and only about a 20 min drive to PCB dependig on traffic. The Drip Coffee Co is an excellent place to grab your morning coffee as well!

The hotel staff were great. The only complaints I would say about the hotel is the room had an awkward smell like moldy, the refrigerator would not get very cold such as freezing ice packs, and the parking lot is tight for parking. Other than that, the bed was comfortable, the A.C was cold, and the shower had good hot water.
