"I’m from Toronto, Canada, and I flew out to Los Angeles to see Beyoncé’s Cowboy Carter tour since, unfortunately, she wasn’t performing in Canada. I had to quickly find a place to stay and came across citizenM Los Angeles, which had great reviews on Google, and thank God I booked with them! They absolutely lived up to my expectations and then some. The staff were incredible! They are super friendly, helpful, and professional. My room was clean, cozy, and perfect for a quick but memorable stay. Honestly, 5/5 feels too low. This was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had.
