Other than the surprise parking fee making the room ultra expensive, the room was nice and very quiet. The lobby got quite crowded and loud but overall it was a pleasant stay.

The staffs are wonderful and friendly. Our family was there for Universal Studios. Although they had a trolley, the walk was nice from hotel to the park as well. We were able to charge our car there at the parking lot for free. The amenities were great and clean. We would definitely come back to this hotel.

I booked a 2 night stay this weekend, but I got a call in my room from the front desk after one night and was told I had to check out. I had to show them my e-mail that I had booked 2 nights. After about 20 minutes they finally sorted it out and gave me new keys. The property was clean and convenient to Universal Studios, but I don’t believe I will book it again.

Over priced on food and where u have to leave the hotel to go get food somewhere else, with being a very nice hotel , you did not even have free breakfast for your guests
