I found cockroach in my room also the furniture is too old 7 days pass already and I still didn’t get my deposit. That’s an amount which is they hold on so I’m not sure if they will return it or not but anyway I got video to show many cockroach in the room. They switch my room but still not a better option.

Took a very cold shower in a cold January day because no hot water came out even if I only turned the hot water on the entire time. Mixing hot and cold didn’t work so I only turned on the hot. Still no hot water came out. It was the same with my friend who showered before me. She also took a very cold shower.

Great option to stay, staff was always very attentive and friendly. Rooms are spacious and have almost everything you'll need. They don't offer bottles of water in the room, but they have a fountain in the lobby, also one small microwave oven in the lobby.

No to relax that The hotels asked us to request the cleaning services or we will not have the room cleaned every day. We also need to request for shampoo or any other products that were needed.

Upon checking the room is unsafe. Ceiling is pealing and could be asbestos. Harsh cleaning chemicals and could not breath. Room is the worst ever, I canceled my stay and the Manager claimed they would refund all money, I have emails. Please credit my card fully. I would pull this hotel from your site. Amenities a little old, minimal furniture. The most inconveniences is no in room safe. Therefore, we couldn’t request room service for the four days we spent there. AC is quite loud. However, staff were friendly and helpful. They have in house laundry facilities. Location is close to many attractions. There’s some snacks for breakfast which is a plus. Free parking.
