First off, this was surprisingly a very nice hotel and the Christmas decorations were amazing. The front desk and concierge started this stay off with great service, greeting us with some apple pie cider. The bar and restaurant was very convenient. We stayed 2 nights (Mon - Wed) and we got complimentary entry to the Jazz show at the bar on Monday, which was cool. It was overall a great stay. I would recommend and I would stay again.

This Sofitel is beautiful with attentive staff. Our rooms were clean but the room temperature was too warm, the air conditioning did not seem to operate correctly. I booked two rooms through Expedia, upon check-in at 3pm only one of my rooms were ready, the second room was not and that was a huge disappointment. The second room was not ready until 4:30. By the second day the room temperature was cool enough and comfortable. Overall it was a nice hotel. .

The staff at this hotel always went above and beyond expectations. Pets were welcomed and we felt very comfortable walking around with them. Beautifully decorated inside and out. Room was clean and comfortable. I would've liked to have seen a coffee bar there for convenience. They had something like a Nespresso machine in the room, but it was very strong coffee for me. It looked like the nightlife was fun, but we didn't do that. Overall, it was a great experience, the staff were very personable and friendly (Best part of our trip)
