"We had the best service that you've experienced in along time while on vacation. The staff was unbelievable! Every place we went in the hotel the staff was excellent, kind, friendly, and inviting. I would love to give it all 5 stars on everything, but there was a lot of things that needed up keep in our room and throughout the hotel. I know it's a older hotel, but there are still things that could be nicer in the rooms like the tubs and toilets. The grounds were well taken care of and so beautiful. The rooms were very clean, you can tell people love working at this hotel. It is just such a pleasant place to stay, we will return for sure."

"My husband and I only stay at Caliente Tropics when we come to Palm Springs. The property hotel are unique, lush, kitschy, and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The Reef tiki bar is the best. The pool is delightful day or night. It's a chill, fun vibe every time. "
