"The property is in kind of an industrial area near the train tracks. It is in a busy road, and the office has some imposing looking signs on it. I was worried that wouldn’t like staying here. I spent two surprisingly quiet nights. The road was quiet after about 9:00 PM and didn’t hear a train at all once I was asleep. The owners kept the common property and my room VERY clean. "Overpriced. It is not a hotel. It is a condo in a gated community. They key has to be picked up at a different location that is 25 blocks away; therefore if you don't have a car, you are in trouble. The place itself is nice with comfy bed, with a full kitchen, full laundry, free WiFi, cable and TV. However, there is nobody to clean your room or change the linens. You have to do it yourself.
