Great smaller hotel. Well located in downtown Palm Springs. Good amenities. Close to everything. Easy parking. Very friendly staff. I didn’t give this stay 5 stars because the room was very dark and required lamps to be turned on at all times. My previous stay here was in a smaller room, but with much more natural light, which I much prefer. Pool and jacuzzi are small, but well maintained.

Love this gem. Karl was amazing and always so helpful. 24 hour pool and spa. Sauna was open until 11pm. We stayed on NYE. It’s literally right across the street from the casino. Lots of food and shopping right outside your door. Beautiful property

The property location is perfect for walking. Plenty of dining and shopping. The staff was wonderful. I love the attention to detail from the letter that was left in the room to being shown the suite and how things work. The staff truly made our stay wonderful. Look forward to coming back

Very private interior pool area with balcony areas. The king bedroom was roomy and very nice. Bed very comfortable. The street noise with loud motorcycle and hotrods was annoying until about 9 pm then quiet for most of the night. Fortunately, we are sound sleepers that can tolerate some interruptions.

I like the history and charm of the hotel. It's an older property, so some things aren't perfect or brand new, but for the price and location it's great. All of the staff were very nice and helpful, I would definitely book again.
