"We had the best service that you've experienced in along time while on vacation. The staff was unbelievable! Every place we went in the hotel the staff was excellent, kind, friendly, and inviting. I would love to give it all 5 stars on everything, but there was a lot of things that needed up keep in our room and throughout the hotel. I know it's a older hotel, but there are still things that could be nicer in the rooms like the tubs and toilets. The grounds were well taken care of and so beautiful. The rooms were very clean, you can tell people love working at this hotel. It is just such a pleasant place to stay, we will return for sure."

"This hotel was originally built in 1935 but has been completely renovated without stripping away any of the original charm and character. The staff are extremely attentive and will help you with any of your needs. The breakfast in the morning is your standard continental and fills the void. The pool and hot tub is very unique as it is open 24hrs, however after 10pm is quiet time. Everything is within walking distance. There supposedly are bikes you can use, however I never saw them. I highly recommend this establishment."

"I’ve stayed at this hotel many times in the past two decades. I love how conveniently located it is to downtown Palm Springs, the wonderful restaurants and the casino. The staff, tho sparse during this off season, is very helpful, informative and efficient. The rooms could use an update but they are clean and comfortable. I recommend this property when staying in Palm Springs. "
