"The location was very convenient and easy to get to Indian Wells. Restaurants were convenient and easy to get to. The staff was very nice and friendly. When it came to cleanliness is was lacking. The bathroom was not cleaned well. Never looked vacuumed. The shower curtain smelled like mildew. Some housekeepers did better when it came to leaving enough linens. "I traveled to Palm Springs to attend the BNP Paribas Open. I chose Embassy Suites because they advertised a shuttle for drop off/pick up from BNP Paribas. And indeed there was - a big commuter bus that ran on time and frequently between the hotel and the tennis center. At one point, when it rained, a driver returned to pick us up at an off time! The hotel staff also printed the schedule of play somtimes the night before, which was quite helpful when trying to decide what matches to see the next...

Consistently Great Hotel, Wonderful People

"I am a Los Angeles native and travel frequently. Thi is the hotel my Husband and I prefer in downtown Palm Springs. We have stayed here numerous times. And, it is consistent. The location is walking distance to all the restaurants and entertainment, The rooms are large, clean and updated. We always book a top floor room, w/ Mountain view & large balcony. It's worth every dollar more. The morning view and tranquility is amazing. If your looking for five star luxury, there are certainly more luxurious hotels in the area. However, this hotel provides true value. The resort fee is modest, includes valet with in and out access. ( Please tip the valet,I have noticed that many people do not tip.) People that work at this hotel go beyond the call of duty, are are truly happy people. It makes a big difference! Thanks to Lane, Char, Maggie and Armando,Christian for always making the stay great."
