This is an excellent place to stay if you have an early flight in the morning at LAX. The shuttle is convenient, and the driver was very professional.

Hotel was nice, as was the area. Second floor has a great coffee machine and lounge area. Great location downtown. Unfortunate part was them waking us up at 9am asking us to switch rooms as they needed ours for maintenance. Still waiting for my Expedia credit. Would probably stay here again.

Room was not the cleanest; the valve for controlling the shower was broken; coffee maker did not work; coffee included 3 decafs & one caffeinated ( who drinks decaf?!); no tea; ordered room service and food came in a bag; told them it was for 2 & got plastic ware for one & no plates! Not what I expected from the Hyatt Regency; Hyatt place is usually nicer than this Hyatt Regency!!!
