Hotel could do with a bit of a revamp and carpets on hallways could do with replacing or at least a good wash. However this was a budget price and a budget hotel and inside the room itself it was clean and warm and comfortable.....ideal for the overnight stop we needed. Booked breakfast the next morning on the morning and it was plentiful and tasty. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Convenient location as it's in a motorway service. Staff are excellent. Gave us a different room, no extra charge. Corridor before our room has a funny smell, like something just been cleaned with bleach. Room was adequate size. Used cups were still there. Toilet is basic, no a/c just a heater panel. Curtains wouldn't even slide open. Overall our stay was fine. For a dated hotel, it's good but it could do with some refurbishing/update. Would we stay again? No, not if we have another choice with a simmilar price.

Room 33 may need a priest in there to exorcise the demons. Beds were comfy and big enough to through the bebo girl around on. Waterproof matress sheets could have been provided... Shes a squirter... noise complaints to her too...

This is an inexpensive hotel in a service area, so we were not expecting rustic charm. From that expectation, it was fine, the location was convenient and the staff were polite and helpful. The one significant annoyance was that the WiFi didn't connect in our room, and we only got access from the lobby.

Ramada Oxford is old, shabby, and smells. As soon as I arrived, I felt uncomfortable there. I am so glad that I arrived late 11.15pm so that I could just go to bed and get out of the hotel first thing in the morning. Walking from Reception to my room, the corridor smelt of urine, cigarette smoke, weed and vomit. When I went into my room (22) and used the bathroom, there was strong stench coming from the bathroom drains. It’s looks like the kind of hotel that houses asylum seekers. I will never book to stay there again.

Do not stay at this hotel. It looks like it needs to be knocked down and rebuilt. Upon entering the foyer the horrible damp smell hits you in the face, it looked like a building site. Dirty carpets all ripped. Muddy footprints everywhere. My room had wee stains on the toilet seat. Bathroom smelt worse than the foyer. The last persons spilt drinks all over the bedside cabinet and down the bed. The pillows had unsightly stains over them. The hotel is filthy. Do not waste your money and stay here.
