The buses TO city are from side near hotel street and not opposite side. Always say "to the city" so if you get on the wrong bus you won't have a 2 hour mistake. Toiletries were in shower and that was good. Perfect for short stays.

Arrived at 15.20. Room wasn’t serviced or ready although codes were sent and could arrive from 3pm. Pub opposite so went there and came back. Nice clean airy rooms. Bed was alittle uncomfortable. The no parking was an issue and had a 10 min walk from available car park. Really convenient for high street, 02 academy, with plenty of food places, Convenience stores. Overall a good stay with most of what was needed for a 1 night stay.

Lovely staff and great location. New, neat, clean, basic (but what frills do you need?). I would certainly go back when next in Oxford. 2 things to know as FYI tips: -elevator only goes to first floor so ask for a first floor room if necessary - your GOKI key and passcode deactivate at 1100 precisely. I was going to my room to get my bag and was locked out. Staff gave me a passcode immediately but know to ask (saves going up and down)

The property is a fine place to stay. A very clean and spacious room. No car park is available, so you have to park your car in a public carpark that is located at 5 minute walking distance from the property.

Simple, clean, convenient to shop/restaurants on Cowley. Nothing fancy, but very comfortable, reasonably priced, building/room access available by app, and simple walk or bus trip to Oxford city center. Beware, surrounded by student housing and there’s a pub across the street. We didn’t mind - there was only one night when the kids were out partying and the noise settled down by 11 or so.

I chose the hotel to go to Oxford University. The location is walkable and has several convenient bus routes. The staff is amazingly nice. The only thing is noise could happen because the rooms are very close to each other, and you can hear talkings from other room. If you unfortunately have a loud neighbor at night, it can by annoying.

What a lovely hotel! The check in via an app was easy and convenient. The common areas and the room were clean, polished, and new. The room and bathroom were spacious. We appreciated all the little details, such as water bottles and slippers. The staff were friendly and helpful. When we had an after hours issue with the room safe, the staff arrived promptly and resolved the issue.
