"Booked a room in the main building but since they were replacing the carpeting, was upgraded to a suite in another building closer to the river. It was a very nice room. My only criticism is that, even though no smoking is allowed, the bathroom smelled of old smoke and coffee. "

"The room was nice but the bed and tub was old and uncomfortable the stopper was pulled out of the tub; left sitting on the side broken exposing how disgusting the drain is. You could feel the springs in the bed, the two pillows was to small and dirty, I always take the pillowcase off to see what I'm laying face made my stomach turn. Other than than place was nice. "

"The overall property was in poor condition. The hotel needs a remodel. My room was clean but the bathrooms need to be gutted and start over. Floors and carpet are worn with cracked tiles In The bathroom. They had issues with their wifi for most of the weekend. This hotel just needs a facelift. "

"This property is such a wonderful alternative to the usual chain facilities. It's right on the river and set on a nicely landscaped property. We didn't opt for a room with a river view, but there were plenty of public spaces to enjoy the view. We loved the library. It was very quiet when we were there - few guests, between weddings. The breakfast is at the sister facility a short walk down the street. We found a charming coffee shop nearby as well, Urban Bean. The big oak trees and blooming...
