"Dawn was great with very fast response! The house was perfect and just what I needed to host my daughter's graduation gathering and hosting family. Only thing is the neighbors are very nosy and called the sheriffs 3 times about my gathering between the hours of 7pm-730pm, which was not very pleasant because no one was loitering in front of residence or hanging outside and everyone parked on one side not blocking driveways. Nor was the music super loud. Other than that everything was great!"

"Came to OP for the OPHS 40 year reunion. Wanted a different experience than just a hotel. Cobre Retreat is on my old Clay Today paper route. The place was clean, comfortable, and very convenietly located to Kingsley and Park Ave. Would come back if I'm in the area."

"Ok place but only slept 8 not as advertised, 4 bedrooms not 5. One toilet didn't flush well and they only left 1 garbage bag adults for 4nights"

"The entranceway has an outside sitting area with a spectacular view of the St.Johns River. On our first morning, an otter curiously greeted us. The interior is tasteful and thoughtful with beautiful river views. We took long walks along the river. The neighborhood is so nice and peaceful with lovely, old growth trees with moss dripping from them. We recommend this wonderful place for a fantastic and outstanding stay!"
