"Booked a room in the main building but since they were replacing the carpeting, was upgraded to a suite in another building closer to the river. It was a very nice room. My only criticism is that, even though no smoking is allowed, the bathroom smelled of old smoke and coffee. "

"Dawn was great with very fast response! The house was perfect and just what I needed to host my daughter's graduation gathering and hosting family. Only thing is the neighbors are very nosy and called the sheriffs 3 times about my gathering between the hours of 7pm-730pm, which was not very pleasant because no one was loitering in front of residence or hanging outside and everyone parked on one side not blocking driveways. Nor was the music super loud. Other than that everything was great!"

"Returned to my hometown of Jacksonville, Florida for family wedding. Your home was a perfect location for us. So much better than a hotel, too. Plenty of rooms for family, nice pool, games, large yard, and plenty of parking. Enjoyed the back porch and pool deck so much. Makes a pleasant setting for morning coffee. It was a very peaceful, fun, and relaxing weekend. I will certainly look into booking next time I'm in town again. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home. beautiful home. "

"We enjoyed our stay. The property was a little curious being attached to a business (I think it was a business). It was clean and comfortable. We didn’t use the pool because it was too cold. "
