"The Lodge was very nice and the staff excellent! The room size was great but I would definitely choose the ocean view over the sunset.We were not in the room except to sleep and shower so it was fine for us. They all made you feel right at home and had a nice breakfast! Unfortunately, there was a musty smell in the building/room.The mattress was thin and not comfortable and the bathroom needs an upgrade. "

"We had an excellent stay at The Addison. The room was clean and charming. The place was meticulously maintained. Ron and Lisa were excellent hosts. They helped with restaurant suggestions as well as places to visit. Bicycles were provided for free and made for a great way to get around and see Fernandina. The happy hour made for a nice way to meet other guests. I absolutely would recommend The Addison as a great place to stay on Amelia Island. Absolutely worth it!"
