"The hotel was very nice and clean. The food at the restaurant was also very good. What I don’t understand, though, is why they only supply two towels in the bathroom and you have to ask the front desk for more. We have a family of four, so only having two towels doesn’t work for us. I requested more towels, but it took over an hour and a half to get them. This made getting everyone ready for bed tricky and took longer than we planned. "

"Nice right on the beach, good restaurant attached to the property. Checking in was not good, we were here at 4 and went to our room and it had not been cleaned, bed in made towels on floor etc. also booked 2 rooms that were supposed to be both with Balcony overlooking pool. Only one room had a balcony and they couldn’t change that. Paid same price for both rooms! "

"It was a comfortable stay, but an air conditioner failure forced a room change, and the phone in this room did not work. The hotel has the advantage of having a secure parking lot in front of the property. And a lake behind the hotel that adds incredible beauty. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the beds quite comfortable. The first bathroom was my preference (with a walk-in tub), I prefer it without a tub. The location of the hotel is excellent, in front of the St. John's TownCenter...
