"We've stayed at this location multiple times before, we've always been very happy. The staff are always friendly and helpful, the runs are clean and comfortable, the large showers are great, there's restaurants and a bar located on the bottom floor of the hotel. When there are concerts ( and I'm assuming sporting events ) they've got shuttle buses. The Riverwalk is right behind the parking area, it's a very pretty and private. "

"This was my first stay at this property in this area around Jacksonville, Fl. I enjoyed the stay from start to finish. The well trained front desk staff Rikki took care of me and my guest during the entire stay. She is provides outstanding service and understands what a hotel guest needs. This particular hotel has all the amenities with larger rooms, pool and hot tub, easy parking, and a good connection to local retail areas for dining and shopping that are very attractive to guests. I will be back for another stay. I was completely satisfied."
