"The view and access to the beach are outstanding. The property, as a whole, is well maintained. This unit could use some upgrades. The Shower faucet is not securely fashioned, and we worried it could pull out of the wall if not careful. There were spots on the upholstery of the dining room chairs. It could use cotton sheets. But it is a comfy spot for an ocean view."

"We had a great time staying at this property. I was there with 4 of my kids while visiting various national park sites. The neighborhood was perfect! Centrally located and very safe. The kids played out front on the swings and i had no hesitation letting them play while I made dinner. They jumped in the pool, but it was a little cold since it was January lol. We would defiantly utilize the property again if in the area. "

"We enjoyed ourselves and thought the house was perfect for our family. We had a very large private top floor. My son had a private room and bathroom on the bottom. My daughter and two kids had two rooms on the middle floor. Kitchen was well equipped and big enough to make our Thanksgiving dinner. Great beach access."

Plenty of windows throughout the house to bring in the sun.

"Close to Mayo Clinic & St Augustine. Short stay with friends close to beach Had to stay extra day for follow up appointment. Zac was very accommodating with are party. Will stay again. "
