"This is the filthiest most run down place I have ever seen. There was a hole in the wall, filthy sticky smelly carpet, and roaches in the bathroom. "

"I’m always a fan of Marriott’s courtyard properties. While I had a couple little issues with things in my room, (tub plug on drain nonfunctional and mini fridge was possessed and kept me up all night with its demonic sounds,) the customer service and accommodations were on point as usual. Very satisfying. "

"We had an issue with the heat, it was very cold in the room. It took quite a while to fix but it did eventually get fixed. However the temperature was either too hot or too cold, we never found a comfortable setting. The service and everyone we came in contact with was super helpful, friendly, and accommodating. "
