"We really enjoyed our stay, the location was amazing to walk to many different places and train lines were accessible. The room was small however we knew what we were signing up for and it worked for our needs. "This was a lovely hotel. We were very impressed with the customer service, as well as the complimentary refreshments (the coffee machine was amazing), free necessities as needed (toothbrushes, hair brushes, lotion, etc) and most importantly…free access to the lounge which may have been for a limited time. We also appreciated receiving assistance in transferring our luggages to our next hotel in Tokyo, as lord knows the stairs can be a pain around Osaka. The rooms themselves were a bit small...
