"Overall good. Only complaints are that our Superior Room was not at all sound proof as it advertises; you can hear very clearly what is outside and what is inside. Also, bathroom shower curtains smelled like mold. Otherwise, everything was great especially the food for breakfast and dinner (dinner also costs about 100 USD and isn’t with any package, but was very fancy)"

"This hotel was lovely, had everything i needed within walking distance. Rooms were surprisingly spacious and have a hot water kettle for coffee or tea. The onsen on the rooftop was really the highlight, don't miss it. The restaurant was just OK, there are plenty of better options just around the block. "

"Great location for families visiting USJ. Easy walk to the park, Universal Citywalk, yhe airport bus limousine, and the train. Our room was clean and the staff were all helpful and kind. You won't be able to check in early, but you can leave your baggage there safely and explore the area while you wait. Also conveniently located near the ferry terminal to visit the aquarium across the bay. Overall, this was a pleasant stay for our family and I would recommend the property to friends. "

"Excellent location. Central to every delicious restaurant 3-7mims max! Very walkable to Dotonbori and shopping street. Has a self service laundry room with a smart pack sealer for clothes for better packing. "
